How does the subscription work?

Once you subscribe, we’ll complete an onboarding process to gather key information about your brand, tone, and content preferences. Every month, you’ll receive two content requests—sent out every two weeks—so we know exactly what copy you need. These requests are unlimited in terms of what you want and how much you want, giving you complete flexibility. Simply tell us what content you need, and we’ll take care of the rest! Content is always delivered within 3 business days of your request.

Do you offer a free trial?

Yes! Your first two weeks are completely free. This gives you the chance to experience our service without any upfront commitment. After the first two weeks, you will have the option to start a subscription.

Can I cancel my subscription anytime?

Yes, you can cancel at any time by emailing us. If you cancel before the next billing cycle, you won’t be charged for the following month. However, you will still receive content for the remainder of your paid month.

Do you provide a refund if I don’t like the content?

Due to the custom nature of our services, we do not offer refunds once content has been delivered. However, we offer revisions to ensure your satisfaction with the final product.

Is the content SEO-optimized?

Yes, all blog posts and web content are written with SEO best practices in mind to help improve your visibility on search engines. You can request additional keyword optimization if needed.

What if I don’t like the content I receive?

We include one round of light revisions in each order to ensure the content meets your expectations. If you need more extensive changes, we can offer additional revisions for a fee. We strive to get it right the first time!
